COURT RULES

GENERAL

  • Membership is non transferable & are per household. 

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Last member to leave tennis courts MUST ensure that gates are locked.

  • Courts should not be used when "Closed" sign is posted on front gate (sign is typically posted after heavy rain to allow for maintenance).

  • Tennis players are responsible for court maintenance. Tennis courts and lines should be swept after you are finished playing to help maintain their good condition, and to provide other members who may follow with a clean playing surface.

  • Parking is not allowed on Boulevard East. Parking is available on Hunter Avenue. However, please do not park on surrounding grassy areas. 

RESERVING

TIME

  • Sign-up sheets are posted on bulletin board to reserve playing time.

  • Reservations can be made in advance, please stop by the Club to reserve.

  • Reservations can be made in one-hour increments.  

  • Additional playing time is allowed as long as members who have not played are not waiting to use a tennis court. Reservations that are not claimed within 15 minutes of the sign-up time can be considered forfeited. 

GUEST POLICY

  • Members can invite non-member guests; however, on an infrequent basis. Members should encourage those who they intend to play with on a regular basis to become members.

  • Under no circumstance may guests have access to the tennis court area unaccompanied by a member. 

COURT ETIQUETT

  • When your time to play has expired, and other members are waiting to use the tennis court, please be mindful of the reserved court time. 

  • Appropriate tennis attire should be worn. Please do not wear shoes with cleat soles, such as basketball, soccer and cross-training athletic shoes as they can damage the playing surface.
